Kitchen

There are two light switches for the kitchen. The left-hand switch is for the main kitchen light. The right-hand switch has no function.

The washing machine is plugged into a socket which is under the sink. The socket itself is controlled by a fused switch which is next to a double socket to the right of the sink above the worktop.

The fridge is plugged into a socket behind the fridge.

The socket itself is controlled by a fused switch which is above the worktop next to the fridge.

If you need to switch off the fridge, for example to defrost it, then it may be easier to use the fused switch.
