Boiler

The boiler is located in the far cupboard in the main bedroom.

Please keep the vents on the boiler door unobstructed.

The boiler instructions are located above the boiler.

Please do not set the radiator or water temperature above the normal 55-65 degrees range.

Setting it high will stress the flat, for example, floorboards above pipes may contract and cause a trip hazard.

High temperatures also risk causing scalding when touching a radiator or using a hot water tap.

All radiators have thermostatic valves that enable you to set the relative temperatures of each room.

The main thermostat is located in the hallway near the bathroom door. This will set the general temperature of the flat.

Please note that turning up the main thermostat does not heat up the flat any faster. This is a common misconception.
